Présentation

La performance management analyst est directement rattachée au directeur financier.

Missions principales

Les principales missions de la performance management analyst sont :

- réaliser des études de rentabilité à destination du comité exécutif, à la fois en amont du lancement de projets ou activités (revue de business plans) et en aval (rebouclages)

- participer aux études de rentabilité réalisées par les différents pays, canaux ou fonctions ;

- contribuer à la refonte des normes et gouvernances permanttant de garantir la qualité du processus de pilotage de la performance.

Profil demandé

De formation Bac +4/5 Finance/Commerce ou Ecole d\'Ingénieur Expérience :

Compétences techniques : connaissances d\'Access, Essbase et Visual Basic ; Anglais avancé.

Compétences comportementales : aisance relationnelle; Rigueur; Esprit d\'analyse et de synthèse.

Ma carrière :I started my career in banking in 2003, got my foot in the door as a PA to the VP of the bank and then I got offered position in Back Office.

This experience got me interested in different operations and functions within banking world - the more I learned on the way, the more I discovered things that I liked - for example performance analysis area is very difficult to get into (at least without former experience) so I was grateful for that.
